Our first sparkling wine, already a Silver Medal winner!

This is a wine to celebrate with, but so delicious you will want to drink it daily. Zesty, fresh and delicate, it makes a great aperitif.

The base wine was blended from Chardonnay (57%) and Pinot Noir (43%), while the second fermentation takes place in the bottle in the traditional manner.

We thought about sealing this wine with cork, for the sake of tradition and a nice 'pop'. For a very short time. Then we thought about how glad we were to have eradicated cork from our range. So here you see it: sealed under a stainless steel crown seal, guaranteeing the wine stays fresh and untainted.
