Our trio of single-site Tempranillos are due for release on October 8th.
From the great 2013 vintage, we bottled for the first time small volumes of Tempranillo from the three patches within our vineyard: Rock Block, Dry Spur, and Little Dam. These wines were very well received, and enabled you to taste what we see in the winery every year: the three unique patches, with differences in soil and aspect, make distinctively different wines, a great demonstration of the ability of tempranillo to express the character of our site.
Now, we're ready to release the three single-site wines from the equally great 2015 vintage. Join us on Saturday October 8th for guided vineyard walks at 10am, 11am or 12pm, giving you the chance to learn more about the three sites and see what makes them so different while tasting the newly-released wines on location among the vines!
We'll also have Pod Food serving lamb on a spit from 12pm until sold out. We think Lamb is one of the most delicious food matches we've tried with our tempranillo so come out and try it for yourself.
