Weekends at cellar door over winter will once again bring delicious truffled brie to enjoy with our wine tastings. This is one of the best and simplest ways to enjoy and experience truffles. Flinders Estate triple cream brie from Nowra will be infused with truffles from our next door neighbour, Canberra Truffles. This delicious piece of brie is then expertly matched to a flight of our wines, and of course all the wines are available for tasting. We will be taking bookings to ensure we can serve the brie at exactly the right serving temperature on your arrival.
