We are thrilled to be working with one of our favourite restaurants in Canberra to bring you a one night only wine dinner looking at some of our exciting new releases and more recent varietals introduced to our range.
If you’ve not already dined at Vincent, you’re in for a treat. Head Chef Ute Pikler resume includes time at the Boathouse, Pod Food and Melbourne institutions, Vue de Monde and Circa, The Prince. With a pedigree like that we are sure the menu will be the star.
There will be six wines and seven courses in all. We’ll begin with our recently released 2017 Riesling (Gold Medal NSW Wine Awards) followed by our 2016 Chardonnay.
We then move on to our reds, 2016 Mondeuse (a Trophy winner at this year’s Canberra and Region Wine Show), 2016 Touriga, 2015 Shiraz (Top Gold at the 2016 National Wine Show) and our latest release, the 2016 Tempranillo, our flagship.
