A wild-fermented pinot gris – riesling blend, Molli is all about softness and texture. Musk, stonefruit and almond nougat flavours complement the creamy palate that finishes with a gentle, grainy grip.
While most of our wines are made simply, to reflect the vineyard more than the winemaker, Molli is a bit of a play, deliberately made to a soft, textural style. Cloudy juice, old barrels, minimal intervention. Different but delicious.
