Canberra Wines Stomp Festival

Sticky grapes between your toes, museum wine masterclasses, live music and great laughs with good friends, sounds like a Stomp Festival to us!

Come and join us on Saturday April 18th to get your vintage on. It’s that time of year when we’re hard at work, picking and fermenting the fruits of the 2026 vintage. Due to popular demand, we’ll be setting up the stomping barrels for you to challenge yourself and friends to extract as much juice as possible from our hand-picked bunches.

The less sticky option but just as fun is to join one of our museum wine masterclasses. We’ve hand selected some delicious back vintage wines, aged in our cellar to compare with the current releases. This is a great opportunity to experince how wine changes over time. No level of wine expertise is needed, just an appetite for learning and enjoying some great wines along the way.

We’re excited to welcome Brazbecue Brazilian BBQ to this year’s Stomp Festival! Get ready for mouth‑watering Brazilian-style barbecue cooked low and slow, packed with bold flavours and serious smoke. Come hungry and make a day of it! Pre-orders available if you want to skip the line!

There will be live music from Josh Maynard from 1-4pm to bring the chill vibes to our celebration of the vintage. So, if relaxing with a glass, food from our friends at Brazbecue Brazilian Barbecue and music in the background is your scene, then we’ve got you covered too. It’s the perfect way to enjoy our beautiful cellar door amongst the vines.

Grape Stomping and Museum Wine Tickets.

If you have missed out on Stomp tickets and are interested in upcoming events we have our Members Grape Picking Sunday 26th April  in which we may have some availability. Starts at 10am we head into the vineyard and pick some of our late ripening red varieties. After about an hour picking grapes we head down to the winery with Jeremy our winemaker looking through the winery. Then we get to enjoy some lunch and well deserved wine.
