2010 The Silurian Late Disgorged Sparkling Release – Members Event

We’ve been waiting a long time for this special release, a new wine 12 years in the making. 

Way back in 2010 we decided to keep a small portion of The Silurian aside to age on its lees for an extended period of time. 

We knew early on that The Silurian was a complex and delicious traditional method sparkling. It gave us confidence to know that by giving this wine an extended period on lees we could really make an exceptional and unique sparkling wine.  

You will be the first to taste this wine next Friday the 7th of October. While this is a very serious wine it is a very relaxed evening. We will be providing our wines, Occasioni by Agostini’s will cater some anitpasti and snacks with a little live music to enjoy alongside the wines. 

At 6pm we will officially launch the 2010 Late Disgorged Silurian Sparkling with us all enjoying the first taste together. 

The wine will then become available in our online store to add to upcoming membership orders. It will officially be available to the public on Saturday the 8th of October.  

The event is for members only however we are allowing each member to bring up to 4 guests. So, we encourage you to bring a couple of friends or family to enjoy this moment and show off the benefits of being on the list for this exclusive event.
