Truffled Brie and Wine Tasting

It’s truffle season again! And we know the most delicious way to enjoy truffle with our wines. Fresh truffle from our next door neighbour The Truffle Farm is used to infuse a deliciously rich triple-cream brie-style cheese. With this, we pour a flight of three 80ml glasses matched to the truffled brie. This will include our beautiful 2012 Late Disgorged Silurian Sparkling as well as pulling a red from our cellar for the experience.

The truffled brie will be available from the 6th of June to the 30th of August. Truffle and Wine Flights cost $40 per person.
