Your experience begins among the vines with a guided walk through each of the blocks, where you’ll discover the different microclimates that shape the character of these exceptional Tempranillos. See firsthand how site influences flavour, structure, and personality in each of our single site wines.
From the vineyard, we’ll head into the winery for an exclusive single-site Tempranillo tasting and masterclass. Taste each wine side-by-side and explore the subtle differences that make Rock Block, Dry Spur, and Little Dam truly individual expressions of place.
The afternoon continues outdoors with a live fire-cooking experience hosted by Owen from BigO Catering. Former owner of the renowned Rubicon, Owen will showcase his mastery of cooking with fire, preparing a range of dishes and flavour combinations before your eyes. Watch, learn, and enjoy as he pairs bold flavours and premium local produce with our latest Tempranillo release. Rather than a traditional seated meal, guests are invited to mingle, move between food and firepits, and engage directly with the people behind the experience.
